After injuring my knee, I experienced imbalances and pain from overcompensation, which sparked my interest in sports massage and exercise therapy. Learning about the body and applying this knowledge to my recovery brought me great fulfillment and inspired me to help others improve their health.
Starting Pilates was a turning point, as it not only transformed my body but also motivated me to pursue certifications as an instructor. Teaching Pilates has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to empower others to lead healthier lives while expanding my expertise in fitness training, including weightlifting and body profile competitions.
In previous roles, I’ve taught private and group classes, working with up to 45 participants and managing fitness promotions on social media. While I received positive feedback for my teaching and leadership, I decided to challenge myself further by pursuing new opportunities in Canada. I strive to deliver expert instruction and exceptional service, creating a positive and supportive environment for clients. My goal is to help people achieve their fitness aspirations while continuously improving my skills and knowledge as a dedicated instructor.
