Hi there, I’m Chanyoung. Movement has always been an essential part of my life—it energizes me, sharpens my focus, and helps me reconnect with my body. As a Pilates instructor, I specialize in mindful, purposeful movement that delivers real, visible results. Since 2016, I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, creating personalized Pilates programs that support fat loss, muscle toning, improved posture, and balanced alignment. My approach focuses on refining body lines, building lean strength, and improving movement efficiency—while protecting the joints and avoiding unnecessary strain. I emphasize precise alignment, core control, and intentional movement, allowing the body to change safely and sustainably.
