Nice to meet you, my name is Ahmad and I am a registered kinesiologist and a member of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. I hold a degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, with a specialisation in neuromechanical and physiological sciences. I possess extensive experience working with a diverse clientele. Through this experience, I have adopted a patient-oriented approach, appreciating the various concerns that lead people to seek kinesiology. Other than my long years as a personal trainer, I assisted in rehabilitation with Fraser Health, and volunteered at the ER in Burnaby hospital. Through these experiences, I have come to believe that each client is unique in their background, goals, and needs - and so should the practitioner be prepared to meet these differences as well. Flexibility is my key aim. I employ evidence-based methods to enhance the quality of movement in individuals. My current areas of expertise include self-myofascial release, trigger point therapy, range of motion enhancement, muscle activity improvement, balance, stability, body awareness, injury prevention, and active rehab.
