Born and raised in Vancouver, I grew up being pretty active. Anywhere from running marathons to competitive dragon boating, to taking my dog on hikes and everything in between. I originally started my career out with nursing school, but soon found it to not align with what I was wanting in helping people feel better. So I made the switch to a more holistic approach where I can engage with the body and grow and teach through my own experience.
